I completed the kanto dex, so what do I do now? Is there somthing special that happens besides the deploma? Please answer.

You don't get the diploma for completing the kanto dex! You get the diploma for completing the national dex!
After that the borring part comes in!
Level all your Pokemon to 100
Breed 500 eggs
Beat the league dozen of dozen of dozen multiply by a dozen times!
Get all your Pokemon to the hall of fame!!
