Dotted hole is located in the sixth island-ruin valley. Use cut in front of the door then go to the middle hole,then top,left,right and down and there you go.

The dotted hole is in six island to the south. You will see a cave with a sealed door. Use cut and enter the cave. Go in the top, left, right, then bottom holes consecutively. A scientist will come and steal the sappire but will leave the second code to the rocket warehouse.

The little dotted hole is Six Island make sure you have your firered/leafgreen book with you,you walk to the door and it says in brail cut use cut and you'll open the door then read the thing in middle of room.
And in brail it says stuff like up down left right and keep following.
