They're discoulered Pokemon that appear randomly in any place. They're glitch Pokemon, and treated as extremely rare. If you find one, you're lucky, as the chances are very rare.

Shiny Pok'emon are specially colored Pok'emon, i.e. Black Charizard. They are extremley rare in the wild and in eggs and you can only get one unless you are very lucky.

You can only get shiny Pokemon when your total game time 60 hours or more.
Or atleast that is what other people say
Shiny Pokemon are different colors than the normal pokemon. For example a shiny electabuzz is red not yellow

Shiny Pokemon is a Pokemon of a diffrent color for example a Wingel that is green and a Shiny Pokemon will appear at random but they are rare.

Yeh it's all by luck I started with a charmander and it was shiny and when it got to a charzard it was black so cool
