I got Mew and deoxys but they do not obey because caught in wild. How do I make it so they do? Do I give them something and if I do what is it and where is it.

Well if you cheat to get them,then they wont listen to you,but if you didn't,just get the 8th badge and they should obey you.

They wont obey you. You have to use an action replay to get one that obeys you. Thats the only way.

You can't make it to where they do obey you. Sorry. That's how AR codes work.
