Ok. To get an Umbreon you must get eevee's happiness maxed out and level it up one level from 12 am to 12 pm and to get espeon you must get eevee's happiness maxed out and level it up one level from 12 pm to 12 am.

You have to trade from Ruby or Sapphire,you can't get it them in this game.

No you don't need to trade them all you need is your national dex then raise eevees happeiness level high enough then grow it a level and depending on the time either night time or day time on the clock and in the day you get espion and at night umbreon

To get an espeon you need to make evee like you between 6:00am and 6:00pm
To get an umbreon you need to make it like you between 6:00pm and 6:00am
