I have a level 50 GOLBAT and it is trying to evolve but when he turns white it stops. please help!

Maybe your pressing B while it's evolving or it needs to like you more.

The reason you cannot get Crobat yet, is because you do not have the National Pokedex.
You'll need to get that before you can evolve any Pokemon that belongs in the National Pokedex. ^_^
