Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I need good movesets for these Pokemon, I am also posting their current moves:
Charmeleon, Lv.24
Mega Kick
Mega Punch
Ember
Metal Claw

Weepinbell, Lv.23
Vine Whip
Stun Spore
Wrap
Sleep Powder

Butterfree, Lv.23
Tackle
String shot
Harden
Confusion

Kadabra, Lv. 21
Teleport
Confusion
Disable
Psybeam

Mankey, Lv. 19
Scratch
Leer
Low Kick
Karate Chop

Rattata, Lv.18
Tackle
Tail Whip
Quick Attack
Hyper Fang

I'm also wondering if I should replace the Rattata with a Diglett when I get to Diglett's cave, as I'm only at where I meet Bill, because I restarted my game.(See below question)

Teach carmeleon another fire move
Kadabra should learn physicic
Yes replace ratata becasue you have no ground pokemon.

Your Pokemon have pretty good moves if you ask me. I would definitely replace Rattata with a Diglett. Diglett/Dugtrio are super fast, you don't have any ground moves in your party, and whenever they learn Earthquake or Fissure, it's excellent. Slash will also be very helpful, along with the advantage to using dig for free instead or paying for escape ropes.

Your team is good for where you are. But it's hard to rate it since the pok�mon's movesets and TMs are very limited early in the game.

Yes, replace Rattata with Diglett.
