You gain their trust by letting them battle often, having Daisy groom it, and giving the items that aren't bitter to use or hold, and do NOT trade it! Daisy can also evaluate its trust for you.

Use potions, give them protien , level them up and don't let them faint that gets there hapiness up. If you are getting a Pokemon evolve by happiness it will evolve when it reaches maximum hapiness around level 40-50

There is no way of telling, unless you go to the woman in Vemrillion who will tell you. Certain Pokemon evolve if there happiness is at full, so give them rare candy and level them up well.

You can't tell,just train them and they should like you after some period of time.
