Blissey - Increase Chansey's happyness to the full.
Electabuzz - The Power plant.
Magmar - Mt. Ember.

Chanseys evolution I think it evolves by moon stone or by friendship or happoiness.
Electabuzz you can not get in this game only fire red
Magmar look in the grass on the way to catch moltres magmar is rare but it is there

Blissey can be evolved from Chansey after you maximise the friendship between you and it. Evolve Electabuzz and Magmar from Elekid and Magby at Level 30. Magmar can also be found outside Mt. Ember (One Island).

You evolve Chansey by making it friendly towards you. Electabuzz is in the Power Plant in Fire Red and Magmar is in the Pok�mon Mansion and Mount Ember in Leaf Green.

Walk around/give a lot of stuff like Carbos and raise Chansey a level. You canot get Electabuzz in LeafGreen, only in FireRed. Magmar look in the power plant, at least that's where I found one.. I don't think it's a glitch because Magmar is a version-specific and I can't find one anywhere else. Sorry for the long-winded answer.
