Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I need some help. I couldnt find the ruby/sapphire to give to cellio and I can't get to the four island without it.I just need to know where to get it. I looked for it everywhere. I'm sorry if I'm just dumb.. But if anyone could help, it'll be very useful. Thank you.

It's in the tunnel blocked by the Rocket Grunts at the foot of Mount Ember. But first you need to defeat the Pok�mon League and obtain the National Pok�dex from Oak (by capturing and reporting to him at least 60 Pok�mon).

The ruby plate is inside mt.ember on island one there should be two rockets gaurding the entrance to the cave

The ruby is where the TR members were on MT. Ember.
When you take it to celio he will give the rainbow pass
Then you can go to islands 4-7

It is in the cave garded by the Rocket's at the bottom of mt.Ember. To get in you must have defeated the Pokemon league and have obtained the National Pokedex from Prof. Oak.
