Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Can someone please tell me where I can find the sapphire that you have to give to Celio.

I'll assume that you've gotten the Rainbow Pass from Celio. Go to Island 4, enter the Icefall Cave, find the HM07 (Waterfall), and go up the waterfall and follow the path from there to find Lorelei. With her assistance, remove the Rockets from the cave.

Now go to Island 6 and head south on the Water Path to the Ruin Valley. At the centre of the valley is the Dotted Hole; use Cut to enter. Fall down the hole inside, then the one to the north on the floor below, then the one to the west below, then the one to the east below, and then the one to the south below. When you collect the Sapphire at the bottom, the Scientist will snatch it.

Now go to Island 5 and enter the Warehouse (the Scientist gave you the second password). Wend your way around until you come to the Scientist in the final quarter. Defeat him to receive the Sapphire.

You find the sapphire in dotted hole whixh I think is on island 6
