Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
How do I catch latias without a master ball because I tried once but he just dissapeared and fled. Also can I find him again even if I turned the game off then on without saving becuase I have been looking for 7 hrs straight and he hasnt appeared anywhere!! Also I got a kyogre and it is lvl 99 and I'm thinkin to train other poke'mon I have to train it aswell but there is basicly no point because kyogre can't learn any more moves or grow anymore lvl's, what I'm doin is going through the johto league and puttin exp share on the poke'mon that I want to train and kill all the other poke'mon in one shot.
Do you think my kyogre is good if you don't please tell me what I should take out instead of it:
Kyogre:
1.hydro pump
2.surf
3.waterfall
4.dive

You need a high level golbat or crobat with mean look with very high speed so it can use mean look the all you have to do I have it first in your party then eventually you will find it.
Kyogre teach it thunder trust me it can learn it and due to drizzle it will never miss

One thing you might want to try to catch Latias is put him to sleep. You can always find latias again no matter what, you are probably not using any strategy to find Latias.
I think your Kyogre's moves are bad. Water Spout is a good move, as well as Ice Beam and Thunder. Get rid of Dive, Waterfall, and Hydropump for those three moves.

Since you've got Latias in your Pok�dex, you can look it up and go under Area to track it's movement (it won't stay in any fixed place).
As for your Kyogre, it's only good if you're looking for items in caverns and other obstacle-filled areas, but in battle using four moves of the same type must be avoided. Drop everything but Surf and give it Thunder (capitalising on the Drizzle ability, since Thunder always hits in rain), Ice Beam, and Calm Mind (to augment it's Special Attack and Special Defense, which are its best areas).

1) You can't catch Latias, you need to trade from R/S/E
2) There is no Johto league.
3) Too many water moves on your Kyogre, I reccomend thunder instead of dive and ice beam for waterfall. Also water spout instead of hydro pump.
