Can anyone how tell me how to use tickets for birth island and navel rock but when I go to use it they use the rainbow pass.
Also what level does blaziken learn flamethrowee...

Did you even get the tickets? Sometimes the cheats don't work. The tickets must be in yur Key Items pocket. If not, there's yur problem. I used the teleport cheat to get to the islands. More accurate than the actual tickets.
Flamethrower? Got me. I used a TM on my Blaziken.
