Give your Pokemon an exp share or use it in battle. Or give it rare candys.

Trade it and have your friend level it up for you, but stay in contact so your friend doesn't delete any moves you want to keep. Another method is using the VS Seeker to battle the same trainers over and over again and gain EXP.

If you want to level up a Pokemon really fast, get a friend to catch it for you and then trade it. That way you will get boosted experience points, get to keep all the moves you want and it will grow to like you whereas if you catch it and get a friend to train it for you, it will not like you when you get it back.

Battle with them. To re-battle SOME people use your V.S.Seeker that the woman in the Pok�mon Centre. You can also use the Experience Share but that's not so good in my opinion.
