1) How do you get Munchlax?
2) How do you get Blissy?
3) How do you trade because my game wont do it for some reason?

1) Are you dumb? Get the idea out of your head that you can use 4th generation Pokemon in the 1st/2nd/3rd generation versions.
2)You need to trade Chansey over from another FireRed and LeafGreen Pokemon versions then evolve it. Or just trade a Blissey over, you can also use Gamesark, or Action Replay to hack the game and encounter one. I don't know why I didn't say this earlier, but you need to also capture Chansey from Safari Zone, then evolve it; sorry.
3)What game are you using? Certain games require you complete some requests before being allowed to trade through them. If you're trying to use the Metal version or the color versions (R/B/Y & G/S/C) it won't work.

2 get it from a egg with a female chansey loving you the most it possibly could
3 it can only trade with ruby,shapphire,fire red,leaf green,and emerald.

1) Not available in leaf green
2) Get Chansey's happines up, do this by giving it items like rare candy and just level up.
3) Well you need the wireless adapter or a link cable, and a friend.

1. You can't get it. F-A-C-T.
2. I think you have to make your Chansey like you a lot and then trade it.
3. That's weird. What version are you trying to trade to? If it's Ruby or Sapphire you have to use the old link cable, the wireless won't work. If it's Fire Red/Leaf Green or Emerald then everything should work.

1) You can't. You can get Munchlax only in Diamond and Pearl.
2) Make Chansey love you.
3)You have to finish the machine in Sevii Island 1. Then you can trade to Ruby and Sapphire.
