How do I get the sapphire?

The Sapphire is on Island 6, in Dotted Hole. There is this cave that has Braille Letters that say "Use Cut". So, do so. Then, there will be this hole. Jump down that hole, and there will be 4 holes. Jump down the top one, and there will be four more holes. Jump down the left one. And, again, there is four more holes. Jump down the right one, and finally there is four more holes. Jump down the bottom hole, and you will see the Sapphire on the Platform. But, a scientist will steal it. He tells you exactly where he is going- to Team Rockets hideout. Go up the stairs, then go to Island 5 and go to the warehouse. By now, hopefully, you have one password. To get the second password, you have to talk to one of the Rocket members. They will tell you, and now you can go into the warehouse. (anytime you want, too.) Navigate through the moving mats (De ja vu, right?) to the end. In the warehouse, you can find stuff like nuggets and pearls, and one Up-Grade. Anyway, you'll know once you reach the end, because you'll battle this female rocket, and will tell you to go heal your Pokemon, and battle the Executive. You can if you want, because she'll reverse the direction of one pair of the moving mats. It really doesn't matter. Anyway, go up into the Executive's room and battle him. Guess what? Team Rocket splits up!!! Again, de ja vu. Anyway, go up into the room above the room you're in. You'll see the scientist that stole YOUR sapphire. Anyway, things never come easy. Battle him and win, and you'll get the Sapphire. He won't leave the warehouse. So, exit the place and enter it again and talk to the scientist, and he'll talk about your rival in G/S/C, which makes sense for all the bad deeds he did because he just happens to be Giovonni's son. I found that to be cool.
You can now catch all 28 Unown. The noise is probably all the Unown in the Ruins.

The sapphire is on 6island in Dotted hole.
The noise means that the Unkown have been released and you can now catch them.

To get the sapphire use cut on the door of the dotted hole then later return to the rocket hideout to get it again after you got the passwords form the rockets and the scientists!

Go to the ruins after you solve the mystery then there are unknowns of all 28 letters.
