First you can't trade to blue version but you can trade to sapphire, ruby and emerald on leaf green. To trade to sapphire, ruby and emerald you must beat the elite four and get the national pokedex. If you don't have the national pokedex you can get it by having 60 Pokemon then talking to Oak. Once you get the natonal pokedex you well get the raindow ticket which well allow you to go to the sevi islands. Once you go the sevi islnads talk to the guy you helped at the pokecenter he will tell you he needs a ruby and sapphire stone. When you find the ruby and sapphire stones on the islands give the ruby and the sapphire to him. Once you give him the ruby and sapphire you well be able to trade to ruby, sapphire and emerald.
