I can't find out what Pokemon I need to beat the elite 4 all I have is..

Simple your'e using the wrong tactics or youv'e got a rubish team.I mean youre team isnt good against ice or youre level isn't high enouph.

If you have low level Pokemon, then I don't blame you for not being able to beat the Elite four. You need at least two Pokemon at around level 65, each with a good set of moves. To beat Lorelei use your Venusaur, with some good grass moves like Giga Drain and Frenzy Plant, but only use Venusaur for her water type pokemon. When fighting her Jynx, switch out and use a fire type move with Charizard. That's Lorelei finished with. Bruno has fighting type Pokemon, so use your Legendary birds, but only use flying type moves, like Zapdos's Drill Peck. For his two Onix, use your Blastoise and a water type move. Hopefully you'll beat Bruno. Agatha trains the ghost type, so see if any of your Pokemon can learn the TM Psychic. If one of them can, just use Psychic on all of her pokemon. If none of your Pokemon can learn it, then just use any moves apart from normal type. If you beat Agatha, get ready for the Dragon Master, Lance. He'll send out a Gyarados first, so have your Zapdos in your first slot. Use an electric type move and you'll probably beat the Gyarados. When Lance send out his Dragonite, use an ice type move. Also use ice type moves on his two Dragonair. As for his Aerodactyl, use a water move. Now prepare for the hardest challenge of the Pokemon league; your rival. Depending on which starter you chose, he will have a slightly different team. Just give it your all and you beat the Pokemon league!
