Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I just wanted to know what is the chance of finding a shiny because I already have twoSmile and I saved in front of Kyogre to get a shiny and I have been restarting it for about the whole day today and it still hasent been shiny. I did this yesterday and I got a shiny KecleonSmile

The chance of finding a shiny kyogre is random.
it's random because it may be shiny or not when you start a new game, and the only way to know if he's shiny when you start a new game is to fight him.
so, when you start a new game, if he is shiny, when you fight him he'll be shiny, but if he isn't shiny the only way to make him shiny is to start a new game, and if you are very very lucky, then it'll be shiny. but remember you must be VERY VERY lucky. I've got a friend that has a shiny kyogre, and he spent months starting new games and passing the game to see if kyogre was shiny or not.

And by the way, this hould be posted in the ruby/sapphire questions, not in the leafgreen questions
