Mew you need a gameshark or a cheating device and mewtwo,you can either use your master ball or some ultra balls,just do whatever it takes,good luck.

Yes and Yes. But you have to cheat or go 2 a nintendo event...sorry.

To get Mew you need to use a cheat system or get it from Emerald. To get more than one Masterballs you also need to use a cheat system or you could get them from other games.
