There are no Islands 10, 11 and 12 but to get to Islands 8 and 9 you need to use a cheating device.

To get to Island 8 and 9 you need to go to a nintendo event you get lugia+
Ho-oh+Deoxies.Island 10-11-12 I never heard of them.

Island 9**- Aurora Ticket from Nintendo Event- Deoxys(FR-attack forme, LG- defense forme, Emerald- Speed forme

You need the Mystic ticket to get to island 8 and you need the Aurora ticket to get to island 9. There is no such things as islands 10, 11 and 12.
