I have bought a mystic ticket using a cheat in pokemart but the man near that vermillion port does not notice that I have a mystic ticket so he does not ask me if I have a mystic ticket so how can I go to navel rock now pleasee help man

You must activate an event enabler code and turn off any other codes you may have then he will notice-if this fails swith to a warp code. :-I hope this helpzz.
