Larvitar is in the Sevault Canyon on Island 7, Farfetch'd you must get from the kid in the house in Vermilion near to the Fan Club and the Gym by trading Spearow, and Jynx you must obtain by trading a Poliwhirl to the man in a house near the Cerulean City Pok�mon Centre.

You can get Farfetch'd by trading a Spearow with a girl in a house in Vermilion City. I forgot about the other two though sorry.

Farfetch-- trade spearow in vermillion for it
Jinx-- trade poliwhirl for it in cerulean
Larvitar-- don't know
