I just have a few suggestions:
Charizard- Its really a blowdown that charizard has 3 FIRE-TYPE moves. I suggest taking out overheat or blast burn then adding a useful move (like aerial ace or earthquake)
Raichu- Same thing. 3 THUNDER-TYPE moves. Try removing one move (I suggest Thunder) than replace it with a normal-type move (If it can learn Body Slam, do so.)
Vaporeon- Having all water and ice moves can be a hassle. I suggest removing either Hydro Pump or Blizzard then learning another move of a different type.
Train them to at least level 80 and the Elite Four's going down!
