How can you get deoxis, mew, lugia.
If you know a second anwser than just does not say "you can only get in special nintendo event it would be great if anybodyanwsers.

You are able to obtain those Pokemon using an Action Replay. You can't get them normally.

Mew: Get it on Pok`emon Elmarald with old sea chart and go to the guy who boats to places and then talk to him.
He will say a few words and the there should be a list. It should say worlds edge island.
Press it.On it, Mew should be around there on the island.When it spots you, Mew will play hide and seek with you.When you find it,save. Get ready to battle Mew!
PS: One of it's moves is trasform.Bring a Magikarp, Feebas etc. Any Pokemon that knows only splash. If it transforms into it, it will be very easy to catch and cannot hurt you.
