Hi pokefans does anybody know how to find a mushroom that a move tutor asks for on island two please answer me if anybody knows

You need to:
A) Catch a hole lot of paras and remove there tiny mushrooms they hold
B) Use a move like trick to obtain there items

Ok here is the best way go to the safari save you game catch as many parist(sorry for spelling) and its evolved form. See the items they have. The parist's will have the small m-rooms and the evolve from will have the big m-rooms (sometimes you might not catch any or they might not have a mushroom if so just turn off and do it agin)
