You can either:
Trade Forretress from Colosseum and breed.
or
Do mystery gift and then it will appear in altering cave.

They say that it apparea in mystery gift on alternative cave and if you don't know how to get mystery gift I eill tell you first you go t poke mart and go to the questionaire and write [ link together with all] then the guy in the store says that be able to acess mystery gift when you save game

Pineco cannot be caught in leafgreen or firered. It can only be caught in emerald. Saphire and ruby I think also can

It cannot be caught in leafgreen and firered. If you wan it, you must either hack the game, trade with people or use the mystery gift. For your info, only saphire, ruby and emerald can catch pineco.
