Just attempted to beat the elite four with this line up, and I lost. To BRUNO! I don't know if I was just tired or what, but I failed epically. Would someone please be kind enough to evaluate my moves, levels, and whatnot to help me beat the Elites?

I would recommend you train your Pokemon to Levels 55-60, before your face the Elite Four. Try to have a lot of Revives and Hyper Potions as well.
I would recommend you teach Jolteon TM Thunderbolt. TM24 (Thunderbolt) can be purchased from the Celadon City Game Corner. After you have done this, you should be able to defeat Lorelei.
Once you train your Pokemon, Articuno, Blastoise, and Kadabra should handle Bruno.
Kadabra should also take care of Agatha.
Articuno and Jolteon should be enough to defeat Lance.
After you train your Pokemon, you should match-up well against Gary.
Good luck!
Hope this helps!
My Pokemon at the moment:
Sparky/Raichu (male) Lv60
Dragonite (male) Lv64
Mimien/Mr.Mime (male) Lv 62
Charizard (male) Lv 51
I took on the elite four with only those at level 55 to level 58, and since then I have beaten them 3 more times. I trained my Pokemon at Kindle Road, battling only the fisher and swimming near mt.ember so if you train there you should be a higher level in no time.
Dragonite is a dragon type pokemon. I would recommend you teaching it a dragon type move.
Instead of having Rain Dance as Blastoise's move, keep it for Dragonite, and teach Blastoise a better attack move.
I hope this helps.
