Answer 1:
lorelei is at the back of berry forest you will have to fight a hypno.

Answer 2:
You have to do the Pokemon League and win.

1) You need to go and do the icefall cave stuff were you help Lorelei beat the rocket dudes.

2) You need to beat the elite four and give the Ruby and Sapphire to Celio in one island and you are then allowed to go in.

3) Yes you got to Vermiliton and talk to the guy by the harbor.

Answer 1:
Lorelie is on island 4 in icefall cave, you need to help her get rid of team rocket then she will go back to indigo plateau.

Answer 2:
After beating the elite four again (when Lorelie has returned) you can enter Cerulean cave where you will be able to catch Mewtwo.
Note. The Elite Four's Pokemon now are 10 levels above before and have different Pokemon.

You have to go to 1 island and talk to Celio and after that you go up to where you catch Moltresbut after u go up the second set of stairs turn left and go up to the team rocket guys and they will give you a password.

You have to beat them and go through the tunnel. You have to go down sertain holes it says which on to go donw on the tablet thing, but you need to have the brail writing solver that you get in the game box.so you go down and collect the ruby.

Take it back to celio and he gives u the rainbow pass.
Go to 6 island, up to the right and go downthrough the grass beating trainers along the way after you've done that u should come to a cave with metal doors use cut on them and you can go in. Make your way through the tunnel and get the second password then go to 5 island make your way throgh the grass beating trainers along the wayget to the warehouse u shoyld be able to get inside without a fuss beat some trianers and get the saphire that a professor stole from you. Take the saphire back to celio and then u will be able to trade with ruby and saphire!
