Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
I have three questions to ask:
1) I do not have action replay cheats, gameshark or anything. Are there other ways of getting Deoxys?
2) What exactly are "Nintendo events" anyway?
3) Is it possible to get a espeon or an umbreon if I traded my Eevee to Sapphire version and making it happy before giving it a rare candy?Will it evolve?

2. Nintendo events are events held in real life which Nintendo gives rare pkémons or tickets, charts, to go somewhere get them.
3. Yes, it is. And, if you make him very happy, he problably will evolve.
