For Nidoqueen get rid of double kick and bite and teach it surf in place of double kick and thunder, rock slide, or fire blast or another fire move for bite. Trust me, it can learn these things.

For pikachu get a vs seeker by talking to the girl to the left of the pokemon center counter in virmilliom city ( the place with the ss anne ) and go to a place where ther is a lot of water trainers and use it but make sure that you can see the trainers and use it.

Then train Pikachu untill in learns thunder and then buy a thunder stone and use it on pikachu. Teach vulpix anything but confuse ray.

Charizard-fire spin for earthquake, magnitude or fissure, and ember for fire blast.

Nidoqueen-cut sucks- swap for earthquake.

Seadra-very good, keep everything.

Hitmonlee-as Seadra, very good.

Pikachu-good mix of electricity and others, keep the moveset but maybe a raichu would be more powerful, and perhaps a thunder wave for a thunder?

Vulpix-good but confuse ray really does blow-try a rock slide.

Very good team, but a few immature movesets. And for crying out loud evolve your vulpix, pikachu and possibly seadra!
