Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
How do I get the sapphire stone ? Because after I saw the waterfalls move .. Then I go to the falls inside the ice cave and up into the ladder ,but I did not see lorelei and rockets gang ? What did I missed or what should I do to see them there ?

Well if you haven't gotten the Ruby then you need to get it from Mt. Ember. Then after you take the Ruby back to Celio go to Ice Cave. Though another problem could be that you need to talk to everyone on the island where the Ice Cave is before you go inside the cave. She should be there then, if not then I'm not sure what the problem is. Unless you haven't beaten the Elite Four yet. Anyway those are the only thing I can think of that could be going wrong.
