Hi,

Could anyone please tell me where I can find all rare pokemon?

I've already got Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos and Mewtwo.

Easy, trade off Ruby and Sapphire

You can get 1 of the 3 dogs ;

If you have chosen charmander as start-pokemon you will find suicune...

If you have chosen squirtle as start-pokemon you will find raikou....

If you have chosen bulbasor as start-pokemon you will find entei....

You can find lugia&ho-oh on island 8(lv.70)
You can find Deoxys on island 9 (lv.30)
*&*
With an Action-Shark , you can get them all...

To get Deoxys, Lugia, Celibi, and Mew use an AR, for Ho-oh use an AR or trade from colesseum like I did, for the 3 legendary dogs it depends on your starterand you must beat the league with 60+ pokemon, squirtle-raikou, charmander-suicune, bulbasaur-entei, they appear randomly in any grass area, for groudon, rayquaza, kyogre, latios, latias, regirock, registeel, regice trade from ruby/sapphire and for jirachi trade from ruby/sapphire by either the colesseum bonus disk or AR.
