What do I do next...
I've beat the elite four, gotten the ruby and sapphire, I've solved everyone's problems, and Right now I'm stuck and I don't know what to do?? Please Help!!

If you go to Celio, who I think should be on one of the numbered islands, more likely to be on either six or seven, you can give him the Sapphire so he can "fix the machine". Once he fixes it you can have the option of going to Cerulean Cave, which should now be open, and battle/capture Mewtwo.
If after that you have nothing else to do, try to make your Pokemon team the best team ever!!
