Defeat the Pokémon League and catch at least 60 kinds of Pokémon. Then, talk to Oak and obtain the National Pokédex, and then go to Island One and talk to Celio. He'll give you the Rainbow Pass, which is used to book passage to islands 4 through 7. Island 8 (Navel Rock) can be accessed with the Mystic Ticket and Island 9 (Birth Island) can be accessed with the Aurora Ticket; both tickets will bhe circulated by Nintendo via events or Nintendo Power.
