Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I don't know what Pokemon to use my Masterball on!! Do I need 2 save it for something special because I already have Moltres, Articuno and Zapdos. When do you get Deoxys?

And shall I save it for that? do you get Mew or Mewtwo in the game as well? I don't know what to do with the Master Ball please answer. Thank you.

Save it for Deoxys or Mewtwo. Mew can't be gotten and to get Deoxys you need an e-reader, so I suggest you use it on Mewtwo, he's in that cave right next to the river from Cerulean City.

You should save it for the Dog running around after you, beat the Elite Four.

Deoxys can only be obtained by going to Naval Rock, and you have to go to a Nintendo event to get the Ticket to go there.

Mewtwo can be caught with an Ultra Ball, so use those to get Mewtwo. Mew can't be obtained without trading or cheating.

The Dogs are hard to find, very hard and it's best not to let them get away (they'll run away quickly). So it's best to catch the 1 dog with a Master Ball.
