Get two of the same Pokemon, let one of them be male and one female. Put them in the daycare center located on one of the Sevii Islands (sorry forgot which). And then you will get an egg later when you talk to the man.

On Island 4 there is a a daycare that'll take 2 Pokemon. You can put in two Pokemon that would breed together (best to leave a ditto in the daycare and you can put in either a male or female in there and keep rotating them in and out to get eggs). Depending on how much they like each other, is how long it'll take them to make an egg. The man will be standing outside of the fence (just a step forward).
IF you talk to the woman to take out a Pokemon, she'll say "My husbands looking for you". (you can skip the talking to woman step). Talk to to the man and he'll say "My goodness were we surprised, your Pokemon had an egg. We don't how it got there. Do you want it?" Say yes and you can keep it, say no and he'll keep it. IF you say yes and your party is full, he'll tell you to go make room. Deposit 1 Pokemon in the PC go back to him and get the egg. That's how you breed.
