2. Trade with steel coat
3. Trade with dragon scale
4. Trade with upgrade
5. Just trade
6. Use a sun stone. you can trade them all at any level and use the sun stone as soon as you have one

Golbat to Crobat: Simply get it to love you.
Onix to Steelix: Trade while Onix is holding a Metal Coat
Horsea to Kingdra: First you need to evolve Horsea into Seadra (I think at level 32). Then trade Seadra while it's holding the Dragon Scale.
Porygon to Porygon2: Trade Porygon while it's holding the Upgrade
Graveler to Golem: Just trade it.
Gloom to Bellossom: Use a Sun Stone.

To get Crobat, Kingdra, Porygon2, Golem, and Bellosom you need to trade with someone, it will evolve on trade. Trade back to get it. And Onix I think you need to trade with some item with iron, steel, or coal in the name. You can find the item with the item finder on the small island where the kid baried his onix.

You must evolve Golbat through happiness and friendship.
Steelix:
Trade Onix holding a metal coat
Kingdra:
First level up Horsea until it evolves into a Seadra, Once it evolves, trade the Seadra holding a dragonscale
Porygon2:
Trade Porygon holding an Upgrade
Golem:
Trade Graveler.
Bellosom:
Give Gloom a Sun Stone
