I know I am getting entie but I don't know where to find him tell me plz...

It's a painstaking process, but here it is:
To receive Entei, you'll have to have started with Bulbasaur. If you have, then defeat the Elite Four, and receive the National Pokedex. Once you've done all those things, (here's the irritating part) you have to run aaaaaalllll over the region, he'll appear at random, usually in grass. If you find him and you're not fast enough, he'll probably run. That's OK! Now you can track it with your Pokedex wherever it goes!
(Note: if you faint it, it'll disappear forever.)

You must beat the elite four once or twice. Then you meat him on road 5 (if that is the road before moon caves). If you havn't already use the master ball on him because he will run away when you get close to catching him or whenever he wants.
