Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Can somebody please tell me if these Pokemon are ready to battle the Pokemon league?

Venasaur LV56:
solarbeam
hyperbeam
earthquake
razor leaf

pidgeot LV.54:
wing attack
hyperbeam
fly
aerial ace

articuno LV.59:
blizzard
ice beam
agility
hyper beam

raticate LV.55:
hyperfang
hyper fang
dig
shock wave

zapdos LV.59:
thunder
thunder wave
drill peck
hyper beam

snorlax LV.54:
body slam
fire blast
strength
surf

Put a strong fire pokemon in there, buy some revives and full restores, and you should be able to beat it.

I'll also rate your team.

Good but Hyper Beam wouldn't be my choice in moves.

Pigeot -
Good but Hyper Beam wouldn't be my choice.

Articuno -
I was woundering if you were in love with the move Hyper Beam. Not my choice of moves. Agility and Hyper Beam must go.

How could your Raticate know Hyper Fang twice? Whatever. Anyway, I would not even have a Raticate in my party but that's just me. Get rid of Shock Wave. It's a weak move with an attack power of 60.

Zapdos -
Hear we go again with the Hyper Beam move. Get rid of that and Thunder Wave.

Snorlax -
Get rid of Fire Blast. That move is ment for Fire pokemon. Teach it Double-Edge instead.
