1. Is there a cheat or hint you guys can give me so I can get really strong Pokemon or beat the Elite Four?
2. How do I get Islands 1-9?

1. Sorry don't know, one but if you have a friend who has beat them temperorarly/permenantly trade.
2. Bill will meet you outside the cinnabar gym when you leave after defeating Blaine, he will take you to Island one, then you have to complete the tasks there, afterwards go see Celio he will give you a tri pass to get to the first 3. Then up to Island seven you need to deeat the Elite Four, catch 60 Pokemon and get the National Dex from Prof. Oak, afterwards you can get Mewtwo from the cave along the river near Bills house in Cerulean plus as well you can go see celio on island one he is in the pokemon center and he will give you Rainbow pass to get to Islands 4-7.
