Can anybody tell me how to get the following Pokemon?

Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Can anybody tell me how to get the following Pokemon?

1) Mew

2) Ho-oh

3) Lugia

4) Celebi

5) Deoxys

I don't have the Action Replay or Pokemon Colleseum so is there any other way?

Also if you pick Bulbusar for starter then trade Squirtle and Charmander from another game and ID will you still get all 3 dogs (Suicine, Raikou, Enti) running around and will you be able to learn Blast Burn and so on?

I have read on walkthroughs where to get the other legendarys.
Please help me I am only up to Saffron having played 17 hours.

How can you make all three dogs appear? I have all three starters too. Ho-oh and Lugia can only be accessed using the mystic ticket. Deoxys can only be accessed by using the Aurora ticket. Celebi cannot be caught yet. Mew is only available in the upcoming Pokemon Emerald game in January of 2005.

You can't get Mew or Celebi on this game. Ho-oh and Lugia are obtained by going to 8 island. Deoxys is on 9 island. Get to 8 island with a Mystery Ticket. You get it at a Nintendo event. Go to 9 island with an Aurora Ticket. Get it by going to a Nintendo event, or Nintendo HQ.

Since you originally start with Bulbasaur, you will only find Entei, even though you have all 3 starters. You will only get Leaf Frenzy because you started with Bulbasaur. You won't get Blast Burn or Hydro Cannon.

You're at Saffron huh? Get rid of the rockets by beating Giovani in the Silph Co Building.

I think no, you can't possibly catch the three legendary pokemon in one go. You will probably need to catch one at a time and there is no other way except completing the nintendo events that you will be able to get the Pokemon like Mew and Ho-oh and stuff.
