How do you remove an HM on a Pokemon???

Well you can't unnless you go to the move deleter. If you can't do that your out of luck. I only play when my friend lets me borrow it so I forgot where he was. Hope this helps

Alright, well, you cannot remove a move from one of your Pokemon. Since you cannot remove one, you need to enlist the help of someone. In order to remove an HM move from one or more of your Pokemon, you will have to go and see the man who calls himself the Move Deleter. The Move Deleter can delete any move whatsoever, no matter what move it is, or how it was taught to a certain Pokemon, he can get rid of it. You can find the Move Deleter in his house which is located in Fuschia City. It is near the Pokemon center there, so go ahead and take a llok around. Soon enough, you will find his house.

Go to the move deleter. He will remove it for free unless that is the only Pokemon you own that knows the move (say you have surf, but only your linoone knows it... It wont forget it untill another Pokemon knows it.)
The move deleter can be found in Lilycove city in the first ouse next to the pokemart (the big five storey supermarket) There will be a sign outside his house stating who he is.

You should go to the move deleter in Fuchia city. But beware, if you delet a tm if will be gone forever and you will only have three moves left.
