Blastiose Lv 59:
Hydro cannon
Surf
Water pulse (tm)
Mega puch (tm)

Dragonite Lv 59:
Twister (will change some moves)
Dragon rage
Slam
Wing attack

Moltres Lv 59:
Return (tm)
Fly (hm)
Endure
Flamethrower

Dugtrio Lv 59:
Earthquake

Dig
Magnitude

Thundershock

I think your team is a great one but think you should delete water pulse from your Blastoise for blizzard, that way it is good against all starter Pokemon, and dragonites slam has a poor acuracy, I have one myslef and I taught it dragon claw which I think is a great move. Besides what I just said I think your team is great.

Blastiose should learn hydro pump with the powerful version of it instead of Mega Punch.

Dragonite should know at least ice beam or thunderbolt and you should teach it Dragon Claw

Moltres needs to learn Sky Attack(a must learned attack) and ditch Endure and teach it Fire Blast

Raichu needs to learn Quick Attack instead of Thundershock

The levels should be a even number.
