Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Ok hey I'm charizard_master#1 because I got my charizard at level 85 anyways I've beaten the elite 4 2 times and nothing hapens.my question is wht do I do next and how do I get the national dex because I'm so bored from doing nothing.please please answer I would really appreciate it thanks.

Say...Don't you get the national dex before fight the elit4?.....Maybe you don't catch 60 and above the wild pokemon....If you're beaten the game, just play around
The region or catch new Pokemon and train them to evolve them........

There isn't much left to do in any of the Pokemon games after you beat the Elite Four is there. Have you explored the new Islands that are available to you since you beat the game? If not, go check those out. You get the National Pokedex by catching, or seeing all the Pokemon in the regular pokedex. After you do that, go talk to Professor Oak, and he will give you the national Pokedex, and a starter Pokemon from johto. You could also just level up all the Pokemon in your party to level 100.

Own 60 Pokemon, beat the elite four and then you get the national dex.
