Can anyone give me a hint on how to find entei(i have bulbasaur)and I know you have to get the national dex if you can answer plz do it A.S.A.P.

You find Entei randomly in the wild and you get the National Pokedex after you beat the Elite Four.

You should go to a route with a house in it and plenty of repels.Go out side use a repel and run around in the grass then if you get nothing come back in then go back out until you finnaly meat him.
