Get a nidorino and tech it Cut then go to the doted hole and use cut.After that figure out which hole to go and when you find the saphirestone aguy would come and steal it from you but he will give the other code.

Get a pokemon that knows Cut use it on the Dotted Hole after you get to the saphire stone a guy would come and take it but he will give you the password.

You got the 1st one?
Ok, go to 6 Island Dotted Hole, Find you way down. Then take the Sapphire. A scientist will take the gem and leave a password.
