How do I get hms like cut? I beat misty and brock but I don't have them.

Cut is found later in the game...I forget when, but it's somewhere around Pewter...I think.

You have to get to Bill on the trail above the town Misty is in. You get the ss ticket from him which lets you get onto the ss anne where you meet the captain who gives you the HM Cut after you help him.

HM Cut is in SS Anne!
HM Fly is in route 116!!
HM Flash is in Route 102!!!
HM Surf is in Safari Zone!!!!
HM Strenght is in Fuschia City!! You must give the warden the Gold Teeth..the gold teeth is inside the Safari Zone
HM RockSmash is in Island 1,Ember Spa!!!!!
HM Waterfall is in Ice Fall Cave Island 4!!!!!!

You find them within the game, some people give them to you. These are all the HM Locations:
HM 01 Cut SS Anne Captain
HM 02 Fly Route 16
HM 03 Surf Safari Zone
HM 04 Strengh Safari Zone Warden
HM 05 Flash Route 2
HM 06 Rock Smash Island 1
HM 07 Waterfall Island 4

HM01 Cut-------- You get this on the SS. Anne.
HM02 Fly-------- You get this at the house near CyclingRoad.
HM03 Surf------- You get this by getting to the SecretHouse at the SafariZone.
HM04 Strength--- You get this by returning the SafariZone waren his GoldTeeth.
HM05 Flash------ Have 10 PKMN in your PKDEX get on Rt. That leads to Vir.Forest
HM06 Rock Smash- Get after defeat the E4.
HM07 Waterfall-- Get after defeat the E4.
HM08 DIVE------- Cheat.
