I have a lot of questions, so... Here they are:
1) Can Aipom evolve? If so, what does it evolve into and at what level?
2) How do you get unown? My friend told me it's at four five and six island but how do you get to those places?!
3) How do you earn 9,999 in the game corner to buy Porygon? Do you buy the coins, play the game in the game corner, or is there some kind of cheat?
4) Can Ditto learn any moves besides transform?
5) How do I get espeon and umbreon?! I know they evolve from eevee but how am I supposed to get them?!
6) Is it possible to get mr mime in this game? If it is please tell me how.
7) How do I beat the last elite four person? His dragonairs keep killing my blastoise (my strongest pokemon)!
8) Where is articuno?
9) I know zapdos is supposed to be in the power plant, but when I go to where the power plant is supposed to be, (or where I think it's supposed to be, that might be the problem) it isn't there... Where is it? Do you have to do something special and then it appears?
10) Can you get Mew and mewtwo in this game? If you can, can you get them before the Pokemon league?
11) Can I still get deoxys? I know there was some Pokemon thing somewhere where you could get deoxys.
12) Can you get more than one master ball?

2)You need the ticket to the Sevii Islands. Get it from Celio on One Island after you get the National Pokedex.
3)You can do it by playing games, which is cheaper. Or you can buy the coins, which takes a shorter time, but costs a lot of money.
4) No.
5)You must have them in Ruby Sapphire or Emerald to Evolve them.
6)I don't think so.
7)Use ice attacks on him.
8)Articuno is in the Seafoam Islands. You must solve a rock puzzle to get it.
9)The Power Plant is located around Lavendar town, above the rock runnel. You need Surf to get there.
10)You can get Mewtwo, but not before the Pokemon league.
11)You can with a Gameshark or Action Replay, or you could get an Aurora Ticket.
12) Yes, by using the cloning glitch in Emerald.

1) In FireRed and LeafGreen, no. However, Aipom gains an evolution in Diamond and Pearl. Just to worry on Fire Red and Leaf Green, no.
2) You need to go to the Tanoby Key and unlock the puzzle. Then you can find all the Unown in the Tanoby Ruins.
3) Buy the coins or win the slots, make the choice.
4) No. After Transforming into the Pok�mon, it can learn all of it's moves for a limited time in battle(all moves have 5 PP though).
5) You take your Eevee and Trade it to Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald. Make the Eevee love you in R/S/E and have Eevee gain one level during daytime to Evolve it to Espeon, or evolve it at nighttime to evolve it to Umbreon.
6) You Trade it for an Abra if my memory doesn't fail.
7) Since you're using Blastoise, teach it Ice Beam. Otherwise, get a Pok�mon that can use Ice Beam.
8) Go to Fuschia City and Surf SouthWest, you'll eventually find the Seafoam Islands, you'll need Strength to get through, be warned.
9) You walk around and you find him at the exit.
10) Mew, no. Only if you get the Old Sea Chart from a Nintendo Event or you use a Cheating Device can you get Mew.
Mewtwo, yes. After you beat the Elite Four for the first time, you need to beat the Island quest and beat the Elite Four AGAIN, but they use higher level Pok�mon. When you beat them for the last time, you can go into Cerulean Cave(the cave which is blocked by that guy) and you can find Mewtwo in there at Level 70.
11) If you go to that Nintendo Event and get the Birth Island ticket thing, yeah. Otherwise, use a cheating device.
12) Not in Fire Red and Leaf Green, sorry.

2.Get the Rainbow Paas from Celio, Tavel to 7 Island...Solve the Tonoby Chamber Puzzel...travel south and you will find the Tanoby Ruins. Uknown is there.
3.You can earn money and buy them or play the games. I don't know of a cheat.
4. No. No �'s, Hm's or Move Tutor moves. Nothing.
5. Get Evee and Trade him to Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire. Make him like you, and he will Evolve into Umbreon or Espeon, depending on the time.
6. Yes. Trade an Abra for him at the house on Route 2.
7. Try using a Dragon or Ice Type With those kinds of moves.
8. In the Seafoam Islands, east od Cinnabar Island.
9. He is at the back, He is easy to find.
10. Mewtwo: Yes, but after the Pokemon League. Mew: Not without cheats.
