Beat the Elite Four for the first time and you will acquire the Amulet Coin from your mother. She will congratulate you and all that, yada yada yada, then give you the Amulet Coin, meaning any Pokemon that holds that will get more Money earnings if they hit the field in battle.

One of professor oaks aids have it. Check the route houses with the stairs.
